Step 1
Make the dill caper butter. Warm butter up to room temper and mix with fresh dill, capers, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Roll in wax paper and toss in the freezer for 15 minutes to make slicing easier.
Step 2
Prep the packets. Fill aluminum foil packets with 1 piece of salmon, vegetables of your choice, and 1-2 tbsp of butter.
Step 3
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes and serve directly out of the packets.
