Love the McRib from McDonald's? Make it at home, but much better. St. Louis style pork ribs work best for this sandwich.
Step 1
Remove the membrane from the back and drizzle with a little avocado oil and season well with salt and black pepper. Heavy seasoning is not necessary for this sandwich. Wrap firmly between two layers of aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
Step 2
Unwrap the ribs and allow to cool, then remove the bones. Place the ribs back on an aluminum lined baking sheet and baste with your favorite BBQ sauce. Place back into the oven and broil for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Serve on a bun with 4 dill pickle chips and a small bunch of thinly sliced white onions.
