Level-up your favorite packaged dehydrated ramen in just 15-minutes. You will not need to use the seasoning or sauce packets. Use any leafy green of your choice, or omit them.
Step 1
Combine 1/4 can of curry paste (I used Massaman), 1/2 can of coconut milk, and 1.5 cups of chicken broth in a small pot. Bring to a low boil then add 1 package of your favorite ramen noodles (noodles only) and toss in a few frozen wontons or dumplings. Follow the cooking instructions on the ramen package.
Step 2
Once the ramen is cooked, remove from the heat and toss in a handful of chopped leafy greens and wilt.
Step 3
Serve immediately in your favorite bowl with a drizzle of chili oil.
