Cold noodle dishes can also be delicious and this is about as easy and fast as they get. Cook the egg to your liking.
Step 1
Make the sauce. Whisk together 4 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, 2 tbsp of gochujang, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1 tbsp of rice vinegar, and 1 tsp of mirin.
Step 2
Prep the noodles. Drop 2 packets of frozen udon noodles into boiling water. Stir gently for 1-2 minutes until the noodles are separated and pliable. Drain and rinse under cold water. Shake off excess water and toss in a mixing bowl with the sauce. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Make a sunny-side-up egg. To cook a perfect sunny-side-up egg, heat up a non-stick pan over medium heat with avocado oil. Drop 1 egg into the pan and fry for about 2 minutes, until the whites have set. Season with salt and cover with a lid for 1 more minute.
Step 4
Serve with the egg, sliced green onion, and black sesame seeds.
