
Chicken n' Dumplings

Chicken n' dumplings is a true classic and the dumplings are easier than ever to make by just using canned biscuits. Crockpots are a great appliance to use when you have time.
Step 1
Score the chicken breasts and season well with poultry seasoning, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Place on top of diced onions, garlic, and butter in the crockpot with bay leaves. Top with one can of cream of mushroom soup and two cups of chicken broth. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Step 2
Shred and return the chicken to the crockpot with all of the sliced vegetables: carrots, celery, and white cap mushrooms. Continue cooking on high for another 2 hours.
Step 3
Dice up the biscuits into 1/4" cubes and add to the crockpot. Cook for an additional 45 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with fresh cracked black pepper and fresh parsley
